Closest ArchWiki documentation is for the 2025 Redmibook Pro 16 (Core Ultra 200 series) but the 2024 Core Ultra 100 model is largely the same chassis. Wi-Fi may need linux-firmware-git, fingerprint reader has a closed-source binary driver, S3 is replaced by s2idle so suspend works but with the usual quirks.
