LTS, so the Tiger Lake hardware is signed off and a stock 22.04 or 24.04 install runs cleanly on kernel 5.8 or newer. Wi-Fi is the Intel AX201, fine out of the box. The webcam is plain UVC with no IPU6 dependency. As with every EliteBook the fingerprint reader has no working libfprint driver and stays dead on Linux. S3 sleep is available on this generation. Two SO-DIMM slots take DDR4-3200 to 64 GB.

Any current Fedora clears the Tiger Lake kernel floor. Fingerprint is the one hard loss.
